Concrete Recycler/Reclaimer Overview:
Concrete Recycler/Reclaimer is a compact system that washes, separates and dewaters rest concrete and discharges the sand and aggregate separately. The Yifan concrete reclaimer system guarantees a perfect sand and aggregate purification effect with less than 0.5% remaining cement. Sand, aggregates and the concrete/water mixture can be reused without problems.
Generally, concrete recycling often use two processing mathods: mobile crushing plants and stationary crushing plants. We adopt crushing and screening equipment to process concrete waste into reutilized concrete aggregate, new wall raw material, road base auxiliary material and so on.
